There was a 10,000 won consultation fee, and before the consultation, I first talked with the manager, who then passed on what was written to the director, and then I consulted with the director. First, he said he could not do it, that this could not be removed, and that I should just live with it. He seemed to frown a little, so I felt slightly uncomfortable, but well... I just let it go. He said he could not do it, so there was nothing more to say, and when he asked if I had any more questions, I said, 'So you're saying you can't do the surgery, right?' and he said yes. So I had nothing else to say and left saying goodbye. The manager kept asking all kinds of things even though there was nothing else to discuss. Since surgery was not possible here, there was nothing more to say, but they kept asking, which was a bit annoying.
