I got surgery about 5 years ago from a doctor who no longer works here. The director was very eloquent, so I didn't get consultations anywhere else and just booked right away. I had seen a lot of photo reviews, and I wanted a natural result, especially with improvement of my bulbous nose. They said there are limits to reducing a bulbous nose, so they would create the illusion by raising the bridge of the nose. Anyway, they inserted silicone and added cartilage to the tip. It took about two months for all the swelling to go down, and I didn't have any scars at all. But the silicone is a bit bent, and that keeps stressing me out. I'm about 80 percent satisfied. People around me don't really notice that I had my nose done.
