The director was kind, but the explanation about contouring surgery and the surgical process was lacking. Even though I had a CT scan, they talked mostly from the surgeon's own personal and subjective aesthetic sense rather than from the patient's face itself. It felt like they were not considering the patient's own postoperative side effects or proportions. It just felt like a factory-style hospital.
