I was hesitant about putting in silicone and things like that, so I only had alar reduction. At the time I was somewhat satisfied, but if I were going to do it, it seems better to properly use silicone too. It became natural-looking, but the surgery itself has limitations. It seems the doctor who was there at the time is no longer there now.
