I came in for a consultation because of cheekbone surgery, and first of all, they really seemed to try to make the atmosphere comfortable during the consultation. Thanks to that, I remember having the consultation in a relaxed atmosphere. However, I do remember the wait being quite long. They said that even if I paid entirely in cash, there would be almost no discount.
