I am male, and I had double eyelid surgery and eye correction a little while ago. From the consultation onward, they clearly said that epicanthoplasty was unnecessary, and they explained everything kindly and well, so I trusted them and had surgery here. I think the result turned out very well. I originally had sleepy-looking eyes, but it has only been 2 weeks since the surgery, and the swelling has gone down a lot, and I have gotten nice eyes. I am really satisfied.
