The director was very calm and gentle! Maybe because the director is a woman, I also felt a little more comfortable. I was worried I would forget the questions I wanted to ask, so I made a question list and brought it with me, and the director explained each thing well one by one, and the consultation manager also explained things kindly and clearly. There was no pressure to make a reservation, and after surgery there was also a notebook? kind of thing, so that part was good too!
