The person in charge of noses is Director Lee only. Based on my consultation appointment time, I waited about 15 minutes with the consultation manager, and I waited about 40 more minutes to see the director because the director had surgery just before my consultation. It was peak season, so they looked very busy.
I was worried that they might not give me a proper consultation because it was right after surgery, but it wasn't as bad as I feared. Still, they looked very busy so I couldn't ask much more..
They checked me visually without taking photos and conducted the consultation while looking in a mirror. They said nose surgery is subjective, so there is no separate aftercare period. They also recommended other areas besides the nose, but there was absolutely no pressure!
I have facial asymmetry and my nose is slightly crooked, and they explained that after surgery the nose could look even more crooked, but they said the asymmetry and bend were not severe enough to be a big problem. They are professional. They said they do not perform non-open rhinoplasty because of several drawbacks.
Because it was a busy period and the consultation didn't seem to be properly conducted, I decided not to proceed with surgery there! And there were also issues with aftercare, etc.. The staff and consultation manager were kind!
