The pelvic grafting wasn't even symmetrical. They put a lot into one side of the pelvis and very little into the other, making it asymmetrical, which is annoying. It feels like they just stuffed it in instead of doing micrografting, so the take rate is also significantly low. I went because it was cheap, but even where they harvested the fat I got severe pigmentation and suffered, though it's gradually getting better. The line of the liposuction area isn't even and there are sunken spots, so I'm also considering fat grafting.
