I got the injection without anesthesia, and it nearly hurt me to death... It has been about 20 days since I got it, and it feels like the cheeks are thinning a little. I think I will need to get another shot in the front cheekbone area next time. The real problem is the nasolabial folds and the front cheekbones more than the side cheeks, so I wonder how much more will thin out? For now, it does seem to have a subtle effect.
