The doctor felt around my nose and explained the shape very clearly and easily with a drawing (about 30 minutes?!) - Surgery method: closed + open * Materials: septum cartilage (support cartilage) + ear cartilage if needed * Bridge material: silicone (said to place 4-5 mm at the glabella area) or dermal products like Alloderm, or autologous dermis or costal cartilage (but that would make the surgery bigger, and autologous dermis would lower the bridge, they said) * Alar base: said it would need to be cut or tied (the nostrils are on the larger side and easy to see, so they recommended cutting it) -> Overall: The doctor's opinion was, 'A little bolder is fine, and it can be raised more.' And they recommended silicone over dermis. They said even if silicone were to go wrong, if the patient follows instructions well, it can be controlled, and the shape is pretty. There was absolutely no pressure about a deposit, and everyone was kind, so I was able to consult comfortably~
