This was before the hospital name changed, so it seems like it was about 3 years ago. I got a consultation because I heard herbal-needle treatment is good for improving skin scars, but first of all, the consultation seemed to be handled by the managers(?), which I did not like, and the director's consultation seemed difficult to get. Since herbal-needle treatment is not plastic surgery, I just went ahead with it, and it hurt terribly, like rubbing skin with a scrubbing pad. On day 2 my skin felt smooth, which was nice, but once the peeling started, all of a sudden inflammatory acne broke out all over my skin and it was a mess. When I called to ask, they said I had to wait several days, and even after that they said I would have to visit in person. They were cold from the consultation stage, and because I was a college student going alone, I had no strength to fight back, so I just went through depression and later got skin treatment at another hospital. I never want to go back to that dermatology clinic.
