I got 360-degree thigh liposuction. While talking with the consultation manager, I decided to add the knees and panty line as well. I have severe lower-body obesity, but it is the muscular type, and that was discussed enough. After all the surgical preparation was finished, I finally met the director who would perform the surgery, and unlike what I was told during the consultation, that they would remove over 4500 cc, they said there was not much to take out because it was muscular type, so I thought at least the inner thigh, which was the worst area, would shrink quite a bit. But after the surgery, when I asked, they said they had only removed 2400 cc in total from the entire thigh, and after the surgery nothing at all really shrank anywhere; only the line became a little smoother, which could only be confirmed in photos, and the circumference did not even go down. The 64 cm circumference only went down to 63 cm. So I had a second surgery at the same clinic, targeting only the inner thigh and riding saddle area, and they removed 1000 cc. It has been a month since the second surgery, and it went down 1 cm to 62 cm, but I do not know if it will go down more. Even people slimmer than me are getting more removed than I did, so it feels like a huge waste of money.
