I had a no-implant nose tip surgery. The manager said the doctor’s style always uses the septum. The price is determined by whether a hump reduction and additional cartilage are used. The doctor is fairly firm. Recommended for people who like a bit of a bridge and a glamorous look (not a soft, understated one). The hospital facilities are clean and the staff are kind, which was nice. No-implant surgery is absolutely not a light procedure. Please look into it a lot here and think carefully before deciding.
