I had nose surgery. I asked about osteotomy because my nose was a little wide, but they said I did not need it. They recommended only the areas that actually needed it. I brought photos of celebrities, but they said no to what could not be done. They were confident. It did not feel like a factory. I went back five years after surgery to check the progress, and they took a good look at it.
