The staff were extremely kind, but the director was very assertive. I had severe asymmetry in my double eyelids, so I asked them to match the lines, but they firmly said that could not be done. Before surgery, I thought it was because not everything can be perfectly matched. They also did not have me open and close my eyes during surgery to check the line. Since I had my first surgery here, I thought it was because the director was more skilled and confident... but looking back, I do not think that was necessarily the case. It has been about a year since the surgery, and while I am not dissatisfied, I do feel a little disappointed. Still, it looks extremely natural, and the swelling seems to go down very quickly.
