The surgery was 6 years ago, so I don't remember the cost exactly. I had it together with lower eyelid fat repositioning, so although it was buried suture style, there was quite a bit of swelling. Still, I lived for 6 years after the surgery and was satisfied! Right now, the right side is loosening as the skin sags.. I think that is unavoidable
