I think a lot of people go there after reading blog posts?? As you can tell from the blog posts, they have a very firm personal view on rhinoplasty and want to emphasize that it is different from the overall approach most people use. They stress that the tip should not be made with ear cartilage, septal cartilage, or rib cartilage on the outside, but rather that the main work should be done on the existing nasal cartilage. They seemed clearly aware that with the conventional approach to nose surgery, supports can bend or the nasal tip can sag, and I appreciated that they seemed to think a lot about that. But I didn't like the nose shape from the surgical cases I saw. I'm not saying it was ugly, it just didn't match my aesthetic sense very well. So I think it may vary from person to person.
