While they were harvesting fat to use for fat grafting at another clinic, I had my thighs contoured at the same time while smoothing out the unevenness, and I also had thigh plus groin surgery. It has been years since then, and it has been maintained well, but one side of the buttock was not stitched properly and ended up with a permanent scar. One area on the inner thigh close to the perineum became uneven, and when I went back for treatment after surgery, I mentioned it, but they just took one quick look and left. I don't want to take on the risk of lying on the operating table again, so I am just living with it.
