First of all, there was a bit of waiting, so I had to wait a little. The staff were kind and the director was kind too. I have a lot of surgical experience and I have a severely pinched nose. At other clinics, some already messed with it a lot and said it would be hard to improve even with surgery, so don't touch it, and others said there wasn't enough cartilage so I would need costal cartilage. Director Prima said the pinched part will get worse over time and that the silicone definitely has to be removed, which made me feel a bit reassured, and they said it would improve a lot after surgery, but the opinions were so different from other clinics that I'm confused about what's right I'm going to think about it some more.
