It is one of the most famous hospitals in Incheon, so I went with high expectations. The wait was short, about 5 minutes, and I liked that I could consult the director right away without a consultation fee. They recommended incisional surgery, and when I said I wanted a medial epicanthoplasty, they looked and said it was possible. I asked about ptosis correction, and they said my eye-opening strength was not very good, but because there was not enough extra eyelid skin, I sleep with my eyes open, and if I get ptosis correction, they said my eyes may not close properly and could become dry, so I finally decided on incisional double eyelid surgery + medial epicanthoplasty. The director was honest, considered function as well, and there was no over-selling or pressure to book. However, they did not give me a clear alternative for the part I was worried about, and left the decision to me, so I am thinking a bit more about whether to proceed with surgery.
