Overall, my facial contour looked larger and more masculine compared with my eyes, nose, and mouth, so I went in for a contouring surgery consultation. I wanted something more actor-like rather than a doll-like or idol-like line, and they kindly explained things to match that. They seemed to prefer leaving the angle under the ear even if the ears are low, and they seemed to prefer advancing the chin forward.
