Went there because it was famous for under-eye bags. They were not exactly friendly, but they still answered my questions sincerely. They were not clear about the scar from the under-eye bag procedure, so I could not make a decision. Still, just going for a consultation once would probably help a lot when you are visiting places in person. I do not think it would turn out badly if I did it here.
