It feels a little run-down compared with other clinics. The doctor is quite conservative about results. In the end, I chose another clinic because he said he couldn't create the nose shape I wanted, but I got the feeling that if I had my nose done by this doctor, the chance of failure would be lower. Recommended for revision surgery. But at other clinics they said I didn't need silicone, while this was the only place that said I did need silicone
