I haven't had the surgery yet, so I marked my expectations as moderate. There were many reviews in this community saying the consultation was professional, and they explained things while showing me models and a PowerPoint. I had read the doctor's blog before the consultation, so that did help. But I was a little uneasy because I heard they didn't show before/after photos when they were at [Clinic A], though after opening a private clinic, I don't know what changed in the consultation process, but they did show me photos, including surgery photos.
