It felt a bit like attending a professor's lecture...? He referred to me as “you” haha. For the nose, he lifted it with a cotton swab at the tip, and said I did not have a bulbous nose but rather a long nose with round nostrils. He explained things while showing me various photos. The slightly surprising thing was that here the director takes the photos, which was interesting... But rather than talking about me, it just felt like a lecture on how to perform the surgery, so I think I will pass on this place
