First of all, the director looked really exhausted.. It was my first visit there, so I was a bit intimidated.. Also, they clearly had a strong aesthetic sense and seemed confident in their skill. They probably like a slightly flashy, slim look. Even though I said I wanted to do it without an implant, they said they would use silicone and insisted on autologous costal cartilage... The result probably would have been good, but since it was my first surgery, I chose another hospital
