I am a living fossil who had nose surgery at Trend in 2009. At the time, it was silicone plus ear cartilage, and it turned out very natural. It seemed a little different from the current style.. I recently went back for a revision surgery consultation, but they were not very proactive during the consultation. I am deciding whether to do the revision here or somewhere else. Personalities can be hit or miss, but their skill and stubbornness seem certain.
