The director's consultation was average. They briefly explained what needed to be explained for the surgery, took questions, and that was it. It does not seem to be the kind of style where they keep explaining afterward. The staff felt quite kind compared with other clinics. Coming here after seeing clinics where the staff joke and laugh with each other in front of customers, I could feel that the staff were focused on the customers, and I liked that part. Maybe because I have seen so many terrible staff lately, There are a lot of doctors, so there are also a lot of customers, and I did see people getting annoyed because of the waiting time sometimes. I recommend leaving plenty of room when booking a consultation.
