I thought fat grafting would be more natural than breast implants, and I wasn't all that ambitious, so I went in for a consultation. They said they take fat from the flank area, and if you want, they can do other areas too, but that there would be extra charges. It was cheaper than I expected. But it seems like everyone does a second round by default, so maybe the effect isn't that great?
