I started the consultation by saying I wanted a non-implant nose surgery because I was worried silicone might cause an inflammatory reaction. My nasal bridge was around average, and other places recommended silicone, but here the doctor said it was possible, perhaps because he trusted his own skills. They even set a nose surgery date for a month later, but I just became skeptical about nose surgery and canceled it. This is from a consultation 2-3 years ago, so I am only writing what I remember
