Maybe because I am a student, the front desk staff was especially rude only to me and would not even look at me, which made me upset, but the person doing the procedure was polite and started by explaining themselves first, which gave me trust. Of course, lol. I had had procedures done elsewhere without even seeing the doctor’s face, so this looked good to me..
