I liked that I could consult directly with the director, but somehow... even though he explained things in detail, he would not give a definite answer about exactly how he would do it, so I worried until just before surgery and eventually canceled first... Like in other people's reviews, it seemed like he was pursuing a general safe result rather than just the design I wanted.
