Among the clinics I visited, the consultation manager was the kindest. There were quite a lot of people waiting, and usually the busier places have rather unfriendly consultation staff, but she was so kind that I even felt a little bad saying I would look around and come back. I was consulted by a doctor other than the chief director, and that doctor was extremely thorough.
