Even relatively light procedures like Botox are very much clinic-by-clinic and doctor-by-doctor. In some clinics Botox works amazingly well, and in others it's just not great; I'm pretty sensitive to that difference, and it seems like they do Botox well here. With Botox, the effect shows after 2 to 3 weeks, so I'm writing this after 3 weeks, and the effect is good. I liked getting it in a private room, and even though it was Botox, the doctor examined me in detail and injected carefully. This was a place where the procedure was more satisfying than the consultation
