I had double eyelid surgery about 6 to 7 years ago. I did it in a rush because I got it done cheaply.. honestly I did not have high expectations. At first, when I consulted, there was no mention of ptosis, but they brought it up on the day of surgery.. I had prepared cash to the exact amount and said I did not have more money, and they said there was nothing I could do about it, then went ahead with the surgery, but after about 2 years it ended up coming undone. When I woke up in the morning, the double eyelids were gone... So I used eyelid tape, and eventually had revision surgery.
