About 7 years ago, I visited to get eyebrow tattooing. The hospital was fairly crowded, but the waiting time was not long. They drew the line and showed it to me in a mirror, then checked whether I liked it before proceeding with the procedure. They were quite kind, and overall it was a procedure I was satisfied with.
