First of all, the manager was unbelievably kind. She explained everything in a gentle voice, which made me feel at ease. The director was also confident, shaped the line neatly, and did not recommend any procedures that weren't necessary. She answered questions well. I didn't have to wait long for the consultation; it felt like I saw the director within 10 minutes.
