The front desk managers were good, but the consultation manager was not great. Their tone was rude... very much the big-hospital vibe. I was diagnosed by the director for canthoplasty and double eyelid surgery, and while he explained my questions well, he looked a bit tired. I was surprised when he mentioned a slight ptosis too, but overall it was good.
