The consultation coordinator is the main point, and based on what is organized there, the consultation with the director is very short, less than 5 minutes. I spent more than 30 minutes with the coordinator discussing the needed surgery and methods, then got a quote. I usually avoid hospitals where the coordinator is the real power, but this one felt very comfortable because they were so kind. The director is very firm and sharp. I recommend going in with only the most essential questions clearly organized.
