A few years ago I visited a bunch of clinics to get double eyelid surgery, and this was the only place that said partial incision was possible too. I asked about all sorts of things to an annoying degree, and they explained everything really kindly.. Also, they said that even after double eyelid surgery, if it loosens, they will do revision surgery. The result is very natural. But it is so natural that even my family did not notice it had changed, and there is a slight asymmetry that was not fully improved, so that part was disappointing. Still, the natural look is top-tier.
