As a high-volume clinic, I actually liked it more. Because the doctors are skilled, there is a little difference in technique from doctor to doctor. If you prepare photos carefully and explain well, they will try to match what you want as much as possible. The doctors are kind, but in fact there are so many patients that they seem busy, so it is best for both sides to bring photos. The managers seem to like putting in a bit too much filler volume, so I recommend trying only a small amount of filler first. The downside is that you do not know which doctor will come in, but for injection procedures, if you explain clearly it is all fairly standard, and treatments like Shurink depend a lot on the doctor's hands.
