When I first went in there were no people waiting, but gradually more and more people came. Maybe because the price was cheap, there were really a lot of people. During the consultation they did not ask about recent Botox experience or history, so it seemed a bit lacking in professionalism, and if I did not ask about things like the cost, they would not bring them up first. Payment is done at the front desk instead of the consultation room, and there was some kind of event in front of the desk where they said if you prepay 300,000 won, Aqua Peel or some other service would be added. When applying the anesthetic cream, there was a bit of scolding among the staff, which was awkward. I wanted a longer numbing time, but maybe because of the wait, I think I stayed for a little over an hour after the cream was applied haha The procedure was painful (it was supposed to hurt), but the director asked first if there was anything I was concerned about, did exactly what needed to be done, and finished right away. Oh, and the wash basin was extremely dirty T_T
