They first started by saying nice things, and the consultation was calm and thorough, so it built trust, both from the manager and from the doctor. However, it seems they do not use septal cartilage for nose surgery. They only talked about ear cartilage. The fact that it is a place where only one doctor treats patients is appealing to me.
