The staff in the procedure room are the rudest service workers I have ever seen. Their way of speaking is basically, 'But we did this and that, didn't we?' or 'No, that's not right.'
The important thing is that the doctor, whether he is nice or just clueless, just stands there smiling blankly and says nothing even when something like that happens right in front of him.
I've visited several times, and on my very first visit I waited an hour and a half longer than my scheduled time.
