Only the chief doctor was kind, and the other locum doctors were not that great. It was obvious they were still in training, to the point that they even stuttered when speaking and handled patients' heads roughly. T_T I went expecting to try the Excel V trial price, but they turned my head left and right with too much force, which was really uncomfortable. The male doctor... kept disappearing in the middle of the procedure without saying anything, and my face clearly has a lot of freckles, but during the procedure he said, "You do not really have many blemishes," which made me go huh... I guess he said it wrong? I had been visiting often because the trial prices for procedures are good and it is nice for getting light treatments, and I have spent several hundred thousand won, but the staff service is the worst of any hospital I have been to so far. They do not even greet patients when they arrive and just look at their phones.
