I went in around evening, and there were a lot of people waiting and a lot of staff, so I was a little surprised. Even though I had a reservation, I waited more than an hour past my appointment time before going in for the consultation. The coordinator didn't say much, and the doctor explained the surgery and how it would be performed. The doctor was kind, answered my questions well, and explained everything carefully with a PPT, but the waiting room was so chaotic that I felt a bit drained.
