The director's way of speaking was too abrupt and it felt like they just wanted to finish quickly, so I did not like it. They do not look at the patient's face to find points for improvement, and unless the patient asks questions, the consultation itself does not really progress. They said the outer lower canthoplasty would only be done by incision, but I did not like the line they designed. Also, the coordinator kept putting down other hospitals while advertising that their own hospital was good, which I also did not like. On top of that, it was extremely expensive.
