At this hospital, the order is the consultation manager first and then the director, and I was confused because the question was basically whether I even needed the director consultation...? A director consultation is standard, so I found it strange that they were asking whether it could be skipped.. I waited more than 30 minutes and then met the director, and the director was kind. But rather than clearly pointing out the problem areas, he was more like, if you do this, it will get better~ it will look prettier~ so I was a bit unsure. He was kind, though. The consultation manager was kind too, but since the director consultation seemed like something they were considering skipping, it did not feel like they would look at my eyes very carefully .. T_T
