Because of a surgery delay, I waited 1 hour and 30 minutes past my appointment time before consulting with Chief Doctor Shim. He looked tired, just like the review posts said, but he answered questions kindly and well, even drawing diagrams. The director was also kind, and he brought up first that CCTV footage can be viewed.
